HTML Reports Module

Postby manifold » Thu Sep 22, 2011 10:46 am

Just saw the 'over the shoulder' video glimpse of this module on Youtube... this looks like the perfect complement to the current Xataface tools!

Is there an ETA on this? Any constraints, requirements, etc?

If you haven't seen the video, you can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxmuBXlXdXQ .

This is a module that has been developed using the new Xataface 2.0 infrastructure. The module is available in SVN
http://weblite.ca/svn/dataface/modules/htmlreports
And there is more documentation for it at
http://xataface.com/dox/modules/htmlreports/latest

It requires the latest SVN Xataface in order to run right now. It is intended to be released in conjunction with Xataface 2.0's release - but there is still much more to do before that happens.

Recognizing that this isn't fully released yet... I'm still eager to play with it however I can!

Following the directions, I've installed the ckeditor and the htmlreports files; but when I start the application now, I receive a PHP fatal error
of an 'undefined method setBasePath'.

Is this method available somewhere, or is it one of the yet-to-be-completed pieces?

This module requires the latest SVN version of Xataface to run. The 1.5.x branch will also work.
