Hi,is it possible to integrate chats,and forum...into the web auction software...if it is..how would I go about it

Yes, but you would need to do the integrating yourself. For forum discussion, you may want to look at disqus.com. They provide embeddable "comment sections" that you can add to any page. You would need to modify the templates to add it.

Alternatively you could just install a separate forum and then set up a theme for the forum to match the web auction theme.
Same goes for chat... you'd need to find a "chat" solution and then look at integrating it with your web auction.
