QueryTranslator opensource?

To translate database content we need the QueryTranslator.php.

I found on the website this plugin is commercial.
Today I found in a forum post a link to the QueryTranslator.php

Does this mean that the plugin is now opensource?

Yes. The query translator is now open source.... it was not included with some older distributions, but it should be included with all current ones (unless I've made some mistake with the build). In any case you can just fetch it from SVN.
