documentation outdated ?

Postby Richard » Fri Apr 20, 2012 8:54 am

Hi,

sorry for newbquestions, but i'am new in Xataface, i download the most actual Version 1.3.2

It looks like that documentation is out of date...

On http://xataface.com/documentation
the link
"INI File and Delegate Class Reference"
is broken...
--> The requested URL /df/docs/handbook/viewer.php was not found on this server.

If i follow the Tutorial:
The files created with makefile don't work properly... (only text is shown, no frames or templates are shown)

I found a undocumented installer in the maindirectory of xataface, which works great (after manuall creating the subfolder templates_c)
, but the created code is very different from the Description in
http://xataface.com/documentation/tutor ... ustomizing

for example:
most described inis are missing (can i add them manually, but what is the syntax --> how can i add them , because the ini-description link is broken)

I try to find some readmes , change_log.... but nothing found, which helps me....

Can anybody help me , plz..... :( :(

The wiki is the best source of documentation right now. I am working on some better API docs for the 2.0 release (http://xataface.com/dox), but these are too current for public consumption.
