Error 101

Postby sage » Mon Jun 18, 2012 9:26 am

We have been using WebAuction for several years and have really loved it. as we began preparing for our annual auction several weeks ago we began getting error 101 messages anytime we tried to go beyond the home index.php page. After several attempts at fixing and re installing on server I found that by removing the extra dash after .php? (webauction-0.3.11/index.php?-table=products) in the url we are able to open the page without any problems. any idea what is causing this error or how to fix it? Thanks! -Sage

Error 101 is a connection reset by server error. Which means that the server looks like it's crashing for some reason. Are there any clues in the error log?

unfortunately i dont have access to the error log through my hosting plan. I cant figure out why the pages load once the dash is removed from the URL or what would have caused this error to start happening now. It was never a problem before. Thanks

By any chance, are you on Godaddy hosting?
