hosted instance: Time (zone?) issue

I've got a hosted instance of weblite auction running. I set the closing time of the auction to 4pm today (2008-10-08 16:00:00), but winner emails still have not gone out.

I have the timezone set to -5gmt (central time zone with DLS).

Any help with this would be appreciated.

EDIT: I've played with closing time of the auction, and items, set them to be a specific time, then watched that time go by. the items switheched from bid-able to non bid-able, but the emails and "auction summary report" have not updated with the winners.

The auction calculates winners on page load (it isn't set up currently to do a cron job) you need to visit the auction to activate the closing emails.

If you are visiting the auction and still no closing emails are sent, then .. hmm.. Perhaps check the error log to see if anything turns up.
