trouble loading photos into webauction

Actually the files seem to be loading into the record. They do not display on the auction page. Also they appear to be loading sideways in the record log. Is there a file size limitation that is causing this? Most photos on the site have no problem. Just four, so far, are not uploading properly to the auction site. Anyone have any suggestions?
