How hide the "Add New" button in lookup widget? set the permission 'new' = 0 is not enough.

You're right. Doesn't look like there is a way to hide it based on permissions or INI settings right now. I have filed a bug.

Thank you, for the moment I've delete the button from html tempalate.
I'm report another problem with this widget. The size of text field (before you click on it) is very short, widget:atts:size= not work, how i can increase this size?

The widget:atts:size is being overridden in CSS. You can modify the size by adding a CSS rule that targets the field.
