Multillingual Translation

I want to translate my application in "URDU" language. I am creating URDU translation file. "ur.ini". for static text. but I have question, that how can we translate the database table fields automatically to URDU language when we select URDU language. right now, when I select urdu, then it change the static text to urdu, but the table fields is still in English. Kindly lead me so that I am able to translate the fields of the table as well into URDU language.
Also one more question is, that I want to hide the lable "Set Translation status" and "Invalidate translation", how can I hide it? I have attached the snapshot, please check it.
Also can I use Google widget for translation of application?
