Include FIRSTSPage and LASTPAGE in navigation page

I was looking in the forums for some discussion on whether the "LIST" tab in the Main Navigation page where it says
Found 83498 records 1 2 3 4 5 6 NEXT Showing 30 results per page
...can include "Jump to first page<<", "Jump to last page >>" "or Go to page x"
