1.0 beta1: form not recording '0' (zero)

This is the first time that this has happened as far as I can tell.

I have new tables/forms set up recently. A simple smallint(6) variable. When I do a new related record and put 0 (that is zero) in the field and save, the 0 is not actually recorded, I get a null instead. If I then edit the form and enter a 0, it sticks.

I have posted this as a bug in the issue tracker. I'll look into it when I get a chance.

Sorry, I have repeated this bug a few times, but it really does seem to be inconsistent, as now things work. Minor issue.

Arghh... inconsistent issues are the hardest to track down..

This is still an issue.

I have narrowed down the odd behavior, however.

I have a form with a grid widget in it to fill in data for a related table. If I enter 0 (zero) as my value in the grid widget field, the 0 is not recorded in the related table. Only when I go directly to the related table and edit it, can I get a 0 to be entered.

Does this make sense?

HI Steven,

Are you using beta 3 or is this still an older beta?
