Ok I am working on a lot of things here. My boss is willing for all but the most private things (relating to our customers and so on) to be GPLed. I am doing a lot of things on my own but most of them relate one way or another to this project. To prevent any issues Ive let him know I am posting here and what I am posting. Also he is willing to give statements to specific things that can be GPLed. Any particular way you need this in Mr. Steve? Is an email from him to you sufficient?

Yes. That should be sufficient. I haven't dealt with the too many of the legal details of GPL, but this sounds like it should work.
