CVS Export getting Server error

When I try to export more than 300 (or so) records I keep getting an Error 500 - Internal server error. I realize this is probably due to my server itself, but is there anyway to diagnose this or find some work around? It's not a major issue right now as my largest database only has 366 records, but I'll be adding anothre 100 or so records next month and I can see this becoming VERY problematic soon.
If you can check your server error log next time this happens, the error might give us a clue as to what is going wrong. -Steve
