Force logout for all users ?

I am looking for a method to force logout on any 'currently logged in ' users on my xataface site.
For example, when I am going to be updating the database structure, or even if I think I am still logged in from another location, having a method to force out all currently logged in users while still keeping Apache and MySQL running is what I need.
