error occurring when trying to edit

I have installed this following the installation instructions, when I try to add a new record or anything else i get a heap of errors....

It looks like your host has open_basedir restrictions in effect which means that you can't load any files that are outside of your personal directory. In addition your host appears to have Dataface installed centrally so the script is attempting to load scripts from the central location rather than the local location.

You might have to adjust your include path to not include the central files.

e.g. at the beginning of your index.php file, you might add the line:
